Download & Deploy
After filling out the trial form, you'll be prompted to download and install the PC client application. Once you login, you'll immediately be presented with the HTML code you need to make chat available on your site. The client application also lets you customize buttons and windows and build proactive rules.

Start Chatting
Once a button is deployed on your site and you've logged into the client application, it's time to start chatting with your website visitors. When a chat request comes in, the application will notify you with visual cues and sounds. Hit the answer button and you'll be engaged in a one-on-one conversation with your visitor.
