Bold Software products are hosted solutions and are priced according to a per concurrent (or simultaneous) login model. Concurrent login pricing allows you to share licenses easily and optimize your deployment across multiple shifts, time zones, or locations. Concurrent Pricing
Enterprises can setup as many agents as they’d like on as many PCs as necessary. Limitations are placed only on the number of concurrently logged in users. For example, an organization might purchase 15 concurrent licenses but set up 20 total agent stations. In this case, any of the 15 agents can be logged in simultaneously.
Administrator vs. Agent Licenses
Bold Software licenses are not distinguished in this way. The advantage of treating them the same is that administrators and supervisors count as a regular license and therefore contribute to potential quantity discounts.

Bold Software's license sharing allows you to keep your costs down. Two types of discounts are offered as described below. You can use the price calculator to see exactly how much your payment would be.
Volume Discounts
10% discount for 3-9 users
15% discount for 10-24 users
20% discount for 25+ users
*Note: Volume discounting is not available with BoldChat Basic.
Annual Payment Discount
BoldChat Basic is offered at $99/agent for a year, while all other BoldChat products are discounted by 10% with an annual payment.
Limited Time Offer Details
* First Two Pro Licenses Limited Time Offer Details: This limited time offer applies to new customers that sign up for the BoldChat Pro edition before March 31st, 2012. When you sign up for Pro during this promotion, you'll get your first two licenses for $49. Each additional license after the first two is $49. Quantity discounting applies beyond 10 licenses and there is an additional annual payer discount. As long as your account remains in good standing, you'll continue to enjoy this pricing.

Because we work with other technology providers to provision and provide our integrated SMS and Click-to-Call services, these features include additional usage-based costs.
SMS Pricing
Provisioning a phone number to which text messages can be sent and managed from within the Bold Software interface carries a $4.00 per month charge. Individual messages in the United States (inbound and outbound) cost $0.02 each and messages from or to an international number cost $0.03 each. Customers can buy blocks of messages in $10 or $40 lots. To ensure your service is never interrupted, your credits are replenished automatically and if you don't use them all, they roll over to the next month.
BoldCall Per-Minute Pricing
Each BoldCall-enabled account includes $3 of usage credit per month. Additional credit is added to your account automatically when your balance gets low and unused credit is carried over to the next month. You can choose between $10 replenishment or $40 replenishment (that includes $50 of actual credit) options. Per minute costs vary by country.
